THREE SISTERS beekeeping TOGETHER
Amy, Kateri, and I, Gabrielle (Gabbee)
My sisters Amy and Kat and I have always had a love of the outdoors and all things in nature.
We all have different but similar interests. Amy is a business exec who hatches and raises quail, and exotic chicks. Kat is a nurse who has always been an awesome gardener and is a great mentor to me in that area. Beekeeping and Gardening is one we all love.
I love Bees. I love watching them , I love learning about them and I love working with them. I have three main locations in Southern California where I have bees. Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, and Moorpark, California,
I also have bees in the central region of Templeton, California known as wine country. There , I pollinate Olive trees and heirloom Apples orchards , as well as grapes in the area. The honey that is produced there is a beautiful rich dark honey that is like nothing you’ve never had .
Here in my hometown of Newbury Park, the honey varies from a light wildflower honey inspired by dandelions and sunflowers, to a beautiful amber colored honey, enhanced by all the citrus and Orange blossoms that bloom every year..
Each season we enjoy an abundance of flowers and fruit from the trees on my own property. Hundreds of Avocados and Oranges, peaches, plums and apricots and much more are produced each year with the help of our pollinators. It all started here, with a garden, chickens, bunnies, two cats…. and a lot of Bees!
